Stand alone Part D Drug plans for
Medicare Supplement (Medigap) policyholders
The Medicare Annual Open Enrollment period does not apply to your Medigap plan, but it does apply to your drug plan.

The Plan Finder on Medicare.gov is a great tool, and if you log into your account, you will find your list of medications already saved. Watch the video below, attend a webinar, and if needed, we are here to assist!

Medicare Advantage Plans
Advantage plans are private HMO and PPO plans from an insurance company.
Medicare helps pay for the monthly cost (instead of a portion of your medical/hospital bills)

If you are enrolled in one of these and would like to review your options for next year or are considering the switch from a Supplement to an Advantage plan, please click the button below.

Medicare Supplement (Medigap) policy review
One of the reasons you probably chose this style of coverage was for its STABILITY.

Unlike Medicare Advantage plans, Medigap plan benefits remain unchanged, and policyholders can apply for a new policy at a lower rate at any time of year. In most states, a simple review of current medical conditions is required to determine eligibility.

If you have had the same Medicare Supplement company and plan letter for at least three years, it could be time to evaluate whether the price you are paying is still fair and whether you meet the health requirements to make a change.

Most requests received during Annual Open Enrollment can be addressed before the end of February. We can typically handle all requests received between January and September very quickly.
