A non-government site powered by Medicare Specialist LLC, a health insurance agency
My name is Peggy Hines and I have been helping the team with administrative duties since 2021.
Our office helps a large number of clients. Many of these clients require multiple policies to ensure complete coverage. Over the course of time, plan adjustments and changes are a common occurrence. We are also fortunate to add a fair number of new clients each year and usually, they need new health coverage due to life-changing events like retirement or other job changes. While "paperwork" is not what it used to be, submitting electronic applications is something we do dozens of times per week. I help with that workload. We are very grateful for all of the referrals that keep our business thriving. Another one of my primary tasks is to send thank you packages to the people that have supported us through the years.
I was born in the city of Philadelphia, but raised in Darby, a small borough in Delaware County. I was fortunate to live in a time that was so special, enjoying a fantastic childhood that had lots of rules, but plenty of time for fun and games - and just being a “kid”. At 19 I married, and went on to have two wonderful children. And, I must have done something right, because they both went on to lead great lives, with so many experiences. When it was time they both selected amazing partners, and since, have provided me with four beautiful, bright and ambitious grand daughters. They range in age from 9 to 16. They are all champions to me, and others as well, two winning multiple awards in Cheerleading and two winning multiple accolades in Dance. I joke about my sweet pompom’s and tutu’s, but they are a huge part of my heart, So, what started out as my two most amazing accomplishments, has grown to eight.
I have worked in multiple customer service positions for over 48 years. My first “real” job was in a pizzeria, next was banking, next was deli clerk and then baker, then management at a local convenience store. From there I went back to banking, and worked in multiple departments. I also answered phones for multiple companies. Even though I am well into retirement age, I am lucky to be able to work from home part time.
And this group of exceptional people make it so comfortable. Obviously I am much older, but
they are just great. They are very knowledgeable about the Insurance Industry, and I enjoy
learning new things all the time.
Looking forward to my continuing journey.....
