My name is Peggy Hines and I have been helping the team with administrative duties since 2021.
Our office helps a large number of clients. Many of these clients require multiple policies to ensure complete coverage. Over the course of time, plan adjustments and changes are a common occurrence. We are also fortunate to add a fair number of new clients each year and usually, they need new health coverage due to life-changing events like retirement or other job changes.
While "paperwork" is not what it used to be, submitting electronic applications is something we do dozens of times per week. I help with that workload.
We are very grateful for all of the referrals that keep our business thriving. Another one of my primary tasks is to send thank you packages to the people that have supported us through the years.
