  • CSA - What does that mean?
Hello, my name is Amber Haring and I am Jim's Client Support Specialist.  

With my help, we are able to get you the answers to your questions as quickly as possible. Feel free to call or email me directly. I routinely handle claims issues, enrollments and changes, premium billing issues, and other complex problems. We are "in your corner", here to help. You don't have to deal with any insurance problems alone. As a licensed agent, I commonly assist new clients with the onboarding process and current clients with policy reviews and changes.
 
I was born in Guam and spent my early childhood years traveling the country due to my Father being in the Air Force. Upon his retirement from the military we came back to his hometown Norristown, Montgomery County where I was raised.
 
I currently reside in Royersford where I recently purchased a home for my son Stephen and I and our dog Hurley. Stephen attends the Renaissance Academy Charter School. In my spare time, I enjoy working on our house, gardening, and spending time with my family and friends. 
 
I enjoy meeting and talking with new people and look forward to learning more and growing with the company.
